Lunch Box Diet Tip 2 & 3

We recently told you that we had found a fab new way to drop those winter pounds. The lunch box diet by Simon Lovell has been declared one of the best and simplest diets around. Visit http://www.lunchboxdiet.co.uk/ and see for yourself. In the meantime here are two more of Simon's tips on how to increase your metabolic rate.

Eat plenty of veg ....

The antitoxidants provided in these low calorie powerhouses help our cells run as efficiently as possible thereby increasing digestion AND metabolism

Get a sweat on!....

Activity such as exercise, dancing or even cleaning vigorously increases metabolism. So as a rule of thumb, work yourself into a sweat at least once a day. the point is that activity increases metabolism and the longer you sustain the activity, the better the increase.

Lunch Box diet Tip 1

With spring fast approaching yet the winter nights making it seem impossible to avoid those roast dinners or that late night hot chocolate in bed, we decided that it was about time we offered you some practical and doable advice!

Thanks to Simon Lovell and his lunch box diet, we are now clued up about how to increase our metabolic rates, so now all we have to do is make a start..! Here is the first of the tips that Simon shared with us, visit http://www.lunchboxdiet.co.uk/ for more information and to sign up for the diet.

Eat Less, More Frequently!

This method of eating known as grazing increases metabolism because we are providing out body with energy often which promotes a faster burn. Conversely, if we starve ourselves, our metabolism is lowered because our body senses that energy is not coming often enough and goes into the survival mode of storing whatever it does get.

Watch this space for more of Simon's hints and tips over the coming weeks.
