It was once reported that men from Liverpool were the most romantic in the UK! I think that Alan from Liverpool, may have gone some way to back this up.
Alan and Lisa were married last year at Liverpool Town Hall. Alan proposed to Lisa in New York - but we are not talking about him just getting down on one knee and popping the question - Oh No!
