Gone are the days when it was a simple choice between to honeymoon or not to honeymoon (I was the latter!) oh no, nothing is THAT simple these days!
Now you have it's a multiple choice - you can:
A) Honeymoon in the traditional sense. Generally somewhere exotic, "holiday of a lifetime" type approach such as the Maldives or Mauritius
B) Minimoon which would involve a short break of 4-7 days somewhere a little closer to home. Maybe Europe or somewhere such as Egypt or Cyprus just outside of the EU.
C) Staycation - a short break here in good ole Blighty! Hey, if it's good enough for Joe Cole and Carly Zucker - it's good enough for us!
And the decision is not all necessarily down to cost - many couples are stating that they are unable to take 2-3 weeks holidays off work right now, and many would not want to in the particular economic climate!
So - what's it to be for you? Have your say by voting in our poll in the right hand menu - we'd love to know - we are nosey like that!
Happy planning!
