We are all well aware of the current economic difficulties - let's face it, you would have to be a hermit not to. But how is this affecting your wedding plans? The general consensus is that people are planning to spend less on their big day but is that true of you? If so, where are you planning to make cutbacks?
Jess from Chester told us "We have had to think long and hard on where we can save money and one of the main areas is the photography. Some photographers were quoting us in excess of £1,000 but we simply can't afford it so we have had to look for someone far less expensive but there are definitely some deals to be had!"
If you have any top money saving tips why not share them with the rest of us! Drop us a line and tell us how the current situation has affected your plans and what you are doing to save money on your big day.

Bridal Fair Season Starts

It's bridal fair season again. Bridal fairs are a great way to get to know who your local wedding suppliers are and see many different types of suppliers all under one roof.
Whether you are just starting to plan your big day, or you are looking for those few final bits and pieces they are a really good way to get help and advice from people in the know.
They are also a really good way of getting ideas and inspiration for your big day. We have a list of North West & North Wales based bridal fairs on the Mrs2Be website, but if you know of any happening in the coming months in your local area drop me a line!
